Testimonials

I'm just pleased with my new home. The staff is always trying to get the job done

Well manicured grounds, and convenient to downtown. Art shows at the Art Museum, Events at Linn park, concerts at the Civic Center, and new development uptown. The community is near bus lines, 2 local hospitals and the UAB School & Medical Center. The library is also one block from The Park Place Community!!

I have had a wonderful experience at Park Place. Since I've been here the staff has been very prompt when dealing with the small issues with my apartment. I is a very clean place to live. The neighbors work and are very neighborly. I definitely love living here.

I like the location as well as the look of the town home. It has a lot of thing that are available as far as working out, food, and enjoyment. It’s not too far from work which is a great thing as well.

I’m looking forward to staying here. The staff are so nice and respectful and they always try to meet your needs. I like how they are always on top of things to make sure the apartments are up kept. I most definitely can’t wait to move into one of these beautiful apartments.
- Prospective Resident

I have had a great experience living here. The grounds are kept clean, and whenever I have a maintenance request, they take care of new items in a timely matter or let me know when they can.
